Built for the people who lodge, and the people who approve

A CDC is pass or fail. One standard out and the whole project drops into a development application. CDC Checker finds those standards before the certifier does.

Coming to the Codes SEPP

Close to compliant may soon be close enough

The NSW Government exhibited a proposed CDC variation pathway from 14 May to 24 June 2026. It would let councils approve up to 3–4 variations to standards such as height, setbacks and privacy screens, decided within 10 days when referred by a private certifier. CDC Checker will flag which of your failures could qualify as soon as the rules are final. [1] [3]
